This tea is designed to gently support the balance of mood, feelings of stress and sleep throughout the entire menstrual cycle.
This blend consists of Lavender, Chamomile, Milky Oat Tops, Red Raspberry Leaf and Lemon Balm.

Lavender, Chamomile, Milky Oat Tops, Red Raspberry Leaf, Lemon Balm
Lavender: Deeply relaxing and calming. Uplifting and strengthening to the spirit. Helpful for depression and melancholy. Relieves tension, stress, headaches and insomnia.
Chamomile: A uterine tonic and emmenagogue to stimulate healthy menstrual flow and cycles. Highly anti inflammatory to relieve dysmenorrhea (period pain) and prevents clotting. Supports reduction of cramping, gas, bloating & indigestion. Promotes reduction of occasional insomnia and other sleep disturbances. A helpful herb for Menstrual complications, including emotional. Restores balance to the nervous system when restlessness, nervousness, anxiety, depression and/or stress are present.
Milky Oat Tops: A general nutritive tonic for the whole body. A relaxing nervine to restore and relax the nervous system. Has antidepressant qualities. Ideal for busy people who are overworked and exhausted.
Red Raspberry Leaf: Tones, strengthens and nourishes tissues and function of the entire reproductive system. May support reduction of dysmenorrhea or painful periods as well.
Lemon Balm: “The Gladdening Herb” according to herbalist Dr. Aviva Romm. A mild antidepressant and tonic for the nervous system. Has a mild sedative quality. Most commonly used for stress, anxiety & depression due to its calming yet uplifting qualities.
Brewing Instructions

Drink 1-3 cups daily
For sleep, drink one cup 60 minutes before bedtime.
Use ½ - 1 tbsp herb per cup of water.
Pour boiling water over herbs and steep covered for 5-10 minutes.
You can make a quart at a time for ease of use if you wish. Extra tea can be refrigerated for up to 4 days and reheated as necessary.

Keep away from children. Do not take while pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take it if you are on anticoagulant, dopaminergic, anti-dopaminergic, progesterone, oral contraceptive or hormone replacement medications. Do not use it with kidney disease or medications.
