How many cups of tea can I make from one bag?

Each tea will be slightly different. See below for ifo on each tea formula. Number of cups provided are approximate.

Cramp Tea

There are TWO ways to make this tea, so you'll see a range below depending on the brewing method chosen.

  • Small Bag: 11-22 cups of tea
  • Large Bag: 22-44 cups of tea

Calm Tea

  • Small Bag: 9 cups of tea
  • Large Bag: 25 cups of tea

How many cups of tea do I need to drink in a day?

The amount of tea recommended per day will vary for each formula. See below for suggested amounts of each.

Cramp Tea:

  • 1-4 cups daily for the 3-5 days before the cramps begin as well as during all crampy days

Calm Tea:

  • 1-3 cups daily
  • If using for sleep: 1 cup daily 60 minutes before bedtime

How do I make the tea?

Each tea has its own unique brewing instructions. Brewing instructions can be found on the label of your tea if you've already received your order.

How do I use the tinctures?

Each tincture has it's own suggested usage instructions.

Generally speaking, all tinctures should be taken in a 1/4 cup warm water.

They can be added to other beverages (tea, coffee, juice, etc), as long as you drink every drop to make sure you ingest the full amount of tincture.

Moontime Tincture:

  • 2-6ml, 1-3 times per day

Shipping

What shipping methods do you offer?

All parcels are shipped via Canada Post.

  • Canada: $9.95 flat rate shipping, with free shipping on orders $75+. All Canadian orders include tracking.

  • USA: $9.95 flat rate shipping, with free shipping on orders $100+. All US orders include tracking, and duties/taxes are included at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.

  • International: Rates vary depending on location. Some international shipping methods do not include tracking.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before shipment.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.

If your item is on preorder, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, it will ship once all items are ready.

My order hasn’t shipped yet — what should I do?

Please allow the full 3–5 business day processing window.

If your order has not shipped after 5 business days, feel free to reach out and we’ll happily check on it for you.

Order Issues

Where do I find the tracking number for my order?

You’ll find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, as well as in your account order details (for all Canada/USA orders and any international service that includes tracking).

What does "pre-order" mean? How long will it take for pre-orders to be shipped?

When a product is listed as a preorder, it isn’t currently in stock. You are still able to purchase the item, and it will ship once restocked. Typical wait time is a few days to 2 weeks (see individual product listings for the most accurate timelines).

What if my order shows as delivered but I haven’t received it?


Once an order has been handed over to Canada Post, delivery is outside of our control. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact Canada Post (or USPS) directly with your tracking number. They can confirm where the parcel was left and help open an investigation if needed.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are ingestibles, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email moontimeapothecary@gmail.com within 7 days with photos and your order number—we’ll replace or refund once verified. Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery is outside of our control; if tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for investigation (we’re happy to provide details).
