Shipping Information
We ship our products via Canada Post to Canada, the USA, and several international countries.

Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 CAD flat rate for all orders within Canada and the USA.

Free Shipping: Canada orders $75+ and USA orders $100+ ship free.

Tracking: All Canada and USA orders include tracking, which you will receive via email when your order ships.

US Orders: Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) before shipment.
Orders placed after 3 PM may begin processing the following business day.
During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Preorders
Preorder items will ship on the estimated date listed on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Time
Shipping time begins once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.
Delivery time varies depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Delays
Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Moontime Apothecary is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal service, weather, customs, or other carrier-related issues.
If your order has not shipped after 5 business days, please contact us and we’ll happily check on it for you.
Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to Canada Post (or other couriers for international shipments), Moontime Apothecary is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost parcels. Customers are responsible for contacting the courier directly to resolve delivery issues.
