This tea is designed to effectively support symptoms associated with UTIs and Interstitial Cystitis, such as increased urinary urgency, pain with urination, bladder and urethral spasms and more.

This blend consists of Yarrow, Marshmallow Root and Uva Ursi.

Provides antimicrobials for any urinary infection that may be present

Ingredients

Yarrow, Marshmallow Root and Uva Ursi.

Yarrow: A urinary astringent and antiseptic, it helps to dispel any infection while toning the tissues of the urinary system. Used for a variety of urinary complaints, including irritation of the bladder and urethra. Highly anti inflammatory to the urinary system.

Marshmallow Root: A demulcent herb to soothe inflamed mucosal membranes such as those in the bladder.

Uva Ursi: This astringent and tonifying her is a go-to for urinary complaints. Both cooling and astringent, it’s a great choice for irritation of the bladder and urethra. Relaxes the urinary tract when pain is present.

Brewing Instructions

Brew: Steep 4 tbsp herb in one quart (4 cups) boiling water, covered, for 1 hour.
For general bladder soothing, enjoy 1-3 cups daily
For UTIs, drink 1/2-1 cup every 4 hours
Enjoy hot or cold. Keep extra refrigerated up to 48 hours.

Contraindications & Safety

Keep away from children. Do not take while pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use in addition to heart medications, narcotic pain relievers, ephedrine and related medications, anti-diarrheals, and bronchodilators.Do not combine with diuretics or spironolactone.
