Lady’s Mantle: An herb historically used to support fertility in women. Supports normalized amount and quality of menstrual flow. 

Red Raspberry Leaf: Tones, strengthens and nourishes tissues and function of the entire reproductive system. Highly nutritive, packed with vitamins and minerals. 

Cinnamon: Used in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and western herbalism as a warming stimulant for the pelvis. Promotes glycemic control, healthy lipid parameters, and reduction of insulin resistance. Supports healthy digestion and normalized uterine bleeding. Improves menstrual cyclicity in women with PCOS.

Licorice Root: A demulcent herb to promote healthy cervical mucus production. Adaptogen for stress resilience, Supports healthy blood sugar & resolution of Insulin Resistance. Inhibits testosterone production, Combined with White Peony Root, regulates LH:FSH ratio, decreases ovarian testosterone & stimulates ovulation in PCOS. 

Lemon Balm: “The Gladdening Herb” according to herbalist Dr. Aviva Romm. A mild antidepressant and tonic for the nervous system. Has a mild sedative quality. Most commonly used for stress, anxiety & depression due to its calming yet uplifting qualities.

Red Clover: A phytoestrogen to modulate estrogen production. Highly nutritive, full of vitamins and minerals. Supports normal reproductive and vaginal function.

• Can be used as a daily, supportive tonic.
• Steep 1 tbsp herb mixture in 1 cup water, covered, for 20-30 minutes.
• Drink 1-3 cups daily
• Discontinue use upon positive pregnancy test. See full contraindications below.

Keep away from children. Do not take while pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use upon positive pregnancy test. Do not use it in combination with hypoglycemic medications. Do not combine with narcotics. Cannot be combined with some asthma and allergy medications. Possible interactions with barbiturates, sedative drugs and thyroid hormone replacement. Not to be used with blood pressure-lowering medications or in cases of cardiovascular disease, hypokalemia, or renal disease. Avoid with hormone replacement therapy.
