There’s a couple different ways to use it, so let’s get into it.
Option #1: Get Ahead of Cramps Before They Start
- Pour 8oz boiling water over 1 heaping tsp dry herb mixture.
- Steep covered for 10-20 minutes.
- Drink 2-4 (max) cups daily for 2-3 days prior to the onset of menstruation, and during the first 3 days of the menstrual period (or throughout days of pain).
Option #2: Acute Cramp Relief
- Pour 8oz boiling water over 2 heaping tsp dry herb mixture.
- Steep covered for 20 minutes.
- Drink ¼ to ½ cup served throughout the day, up to 3-4 full cups during crampy days.
What Else You Need To Know:
- Cramp Tea is not meant to be used daily, but rather as needed just prior to and/or during the menstrual flow when cramping occurs
