Calm Tea was designed to calm the nervous system, promote restful sleep, reduce anxiety and promote resilience to stress.
It can be used as a daily tonic or an as-needed support.
Brewing Instructions:
- Use ½ - 1 tbsp herb per cup of water.
- Pour boiling water over herbs and steep covered for 5-10 minutes.
- You can make a quart at a time for ease of use if you wish. Extra tea can be refrigerated for up to 4 days and reheated as necessary.
How to Use:
- For sleep support, drink one cup 60 minutes before bedtime.
- As a daily, calming support, drink 1-3 cups daily
